28/2 -  Dixon Commits

Striker Mile Dixon has committed himself to the Terrors for the rest of the season by signing a contract with the club.

25/2 -  Weggied!      Godalming Town  0-3  Terrors

A stunning freekick by defender Peter Wedgeworth twelve minutes from time finally broke the resistance of a team whose game plan went no further than stopping the Terrors.

Once breached the home side were easy meat for their ex-forward Jack Mazzone, first to tap home, following great wing work by the industrious Mike Dixon, and then, in the final minute, to latch onto a Dixon nod on from centre park and cooly beat the home keeper.

Not pretty to watch on a truly dreadful pitch, but these Terrors showed tremendous character to establish a new club record of 10 straight league wins. Report

22/2 -  Cray Wanderers  1-4  Terrors

Whilst Chase O’Neil was an appropriate scorer of  our 100th league goal, the evenings key strike was surely that of Ashley Robinson just seconds before half time.

“Deadly”Dan Clements gave Terrors an early lead, but few could argue that Cray were worth their equaliser in a half that was dominated by their big, yet skilful, central spine.

However, Robinsons close range net buster must have had a devastating effect (along, no doubt, with a constructive half time team talk) as second half waters seemed much calmer even before O’Neils 51st minute milestone.  With the match in the bag the final kick (head in fact) of the game provided “Deadly” with a well deserved second score.
